Joe Cooleen focuses his practice on representing residential and commercial landlords. He knows landlord-tenant law inside and out and regularly appears in northern Virginia courts.

Joe is licensed in Virginia and the District of Columbia. He grew up in Washington, DC,  and received his BS, BA and JD degrees from Georgetown University.

Joe and his late wife, Pat, have three children and two grandchildren.
